Since they purchased the Village Market Plaza at auction in December 2010, during a depressed economy, Tom and Aaron Meyer have revitalized the once popular shopping area on the north side of Three Rivers.

They started by resurfacing the parking lot. The facades and rooflines of the previously vacated and empty stores are redesigned and give MarketPlace North a totally new, modern look. New, wider, safer sidewalks have become a part of the attraction. The Meyers’ are putting on the finishing touches with inviting landscaping and street lamp lighting. In a matter of weeks, five new occupants have brought their businesses into this growing shopping area; with more applicants still coming forward to fill the remaining six storefronts. Find out more about the occupants by visiting the Businesses section of this website.
